The product will be replaced only if you receive a defective/damaged item from us.

Unpacking video is Mandatory to ensure if the product is defective by the time, it reached you.​

NOTE : No replacement will be provided if you do not take the unpacking video.​

Item will be replaced, and no refund will be provided.​

 

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed, the customer can reach us for cancellation by emailing us at contact@csrfashionjewellery.com , within 24 hours and the amount will be refunded as Store credit.
